For detailed information about Delta, please visit: www.delta-emea.com Job Description This role is responsible for driving strategic business development and customer engagement in the power electronics value chain for data center and grid-level applications, through early technical engagement and key account management. Identify and develop high-potential business opportunities, developing the market and key accounts in line with strategic objectives. Track market ecosystem changes and technology trends (e.g. Hydrogen, HVDC, UPS, EaaS) and reflect them in account & growth strategies. Manage existing customers throughout the full product lifecycle, ensuring long-term partnership and customer satisfaction. Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives. Work closely with product management, application engineering, and operations teams to ensure competitive and timely solutions. Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in power electronics industry, and at least 2 years’ experience focusing on energy infrastructure-related products. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant field. Managed projects involving grid-connected power conversion systems and critical power infrastructure, ensuring technical and commercial success. Proven track record of working directly with customers to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and create win-win scenarios. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present results to management and stakeholders. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Business fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus. Willingness to travel.

Drive strategic business development and customer engagement within the power electronics value chain for data centers and grid-level applications. Manage the full product lifecycle for key accounts to achieve sales targets and regional growth objectives.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the power electronics industry. Candidates must have a proven track record in managing grid-connected power conversion systems and be fluent in English.
