More information about the company’s solutions and mission is available on website. Role Description The Project Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Eersel. In this role, you oversee end-to-end project delivery for poultry housing, climate, and egg handling solutions, from initial concept and planning to installation and commissioning. You coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and ensure that technical designs and implementation plans meet customer requirements and goals. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication. Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on quality. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is beneficial. Experience leading projects in technical environments is preferred. Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites as required.
