You are a real go-getter who takes ownership, identifies opportunities, and turns them into tangible improvements. Alongside strong technical and analytical capabilities, you bring excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will transform large volumes of infrastructure, security, and compliance data into actionable insights that support operational excellence, risk management, and regulatory compliance. As part of a multidisciplinary Agile team operating within a DevOps and Scrumban framework, you will collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers, security specialists, architects, risk officers, tech leads and product owners. Your analyses will directly contribute to improving the resilience, security, and compliance posture of our IT landscape. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret infrastructure, security, compliance, and operational data from multiple sources. • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. • Take ownership of improving data quality and data processes across the organization, working with DevOps teams and other stakeholders to strengthen data definitions, controls, automation, and reporting capabilities. • Provide insights into regulatory and internal compliance requirements and monitor adherence across the infrastructure landscape. • Create and maintain data models that provide visibility into infrastructure health, security risks, and operational performance. • Independently explore, understand, and interpret complex data and data models, translating findings into meaningful business and technical recommendations. • Support audit, risk, and governance activities through accurate reporting and evidence collection. • Monitor and report on Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities, including hardware and software end-of-life and end-of-support risks. • Support Vulnerability Management processes by analyzing vulnerability data, identifying trends, and prioritizing remediation activities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Agile and Scrumban teams. Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. • Experience as a Data Analyst within an IT Infrastructure, Security, or Technology environment. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive progress independently. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. • Experience with Lifecycle Management (LCM) reporting and analysis. • Knowledge of Vulnerability Management frameworks, vulnerability scanning solutions, and remediation tracking. • Understanding of information security principles, cyber risk management, and security controls. • Experience working within Agile, DevOps, and Scrumban environments. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within the financial services or regulated industry. • Experience with CMDB, asset management, and infrastructure monitoring platforms. • Familiarity with automation and scripting technologies (Python, PowerShell, or Azure Data solutions). • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to develop low-code solutions, automate operational workflows, and streamline reporting. • Experience with Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and working with large-scale datasets. • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor.

The role involves transforming infrastructure, security, and compliance data into actionable insights through dashboards and KPIs. The analyst will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve IT resilience, security posture, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in Data Analytics or a related field and experience in IT infrastructure or security environments. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience with Agile/DevOps frameworks are required.
