# Mid-Level React Native Mobile Engineer ## About the Company Epassi is building digital products that support its product vision through modern mobile technology. The company is growing an EU-wide mobile engineering team focused on delivering reliable, high-quality applications and creating impactful digital experiences. ## About the Role Epassi is looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer specializing in React Native to join its EU-wide mobile team. In this role, you will contribute to a modern React Native application, take ownership of product features, and deliver high-quality, reliable code. You will collaborate across the technology and product organization with Backend Engineers, Designers, and Product Owners. The role also involves working with AI-native tooling in a fast-paced development environment. ## Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain features for a modern React Native mobile application. * Take ownership of assigned features from development through delivery. * Write high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. * Collaborate with Backend Engineers, Designers, and Product Owners to deliver product features. * Work across the stack when required to support application development. * Contribute to continuous product iteration and improvement. * Use AI-native development tooling as part of the engineering workflow. * Participate in a fast-paced, collaborative mobile engineering environment. ## Required Qualifications * Professional experience in software development at a mid-level. * Strong experience with React Native and mobile application development. * Ability to take ownership of features and deliver high-quality code. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced development environment. * Strong focus on reliability, code quality, and continuous improvement. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience working closely with backend engineering teams. * Experience collaborating with product owners and designers. * Familiarity with AI-native software development tools and workflows. * Experience working as part of a distributed or EU-wide engineering team. ## Location & Work Arrangement * Location: Netherlands or other EU sites. * Remote options are not specified in the provided job information.
