The company continues to expand its network while using data, technology, and collaboration to improve club operations and member experiences. ## About the Role Basic-Fit is looking for a Club Data Analyst to help its Facility Department turn building, maintenance, and financial data into actionable insights. You will analyze facility ticket data, preventive and corrective maintenance information, and financial data to identify recurring issues, root causes, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement. Your work will help facility managers make informed decisions through dashboards, anomaly detection, and clear cost and performance insights. ## Key Responsibilities * Analyze facility ticket, maintenance, and financial data, primarily using Databricks. * Identify recurring issues, root causes, trends, and cost drivers across clubs. * Build and maintain dashboards that provide managers with reliable, self-service views of club and facility performance. * Identify and flag day-to-day issues and anomalies for responsible managers to investigate and address. * Evaluate supplier and process performance, including SLA adherence, supplier benchmarking, and cost per intervention for recurring assets. * Write SQL and Genie queries to analyze and transform existing data. * Build new data views and aggregations based on existing datasets. * Translate complex maintenance and cost data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders. * Contribute to projects as additional club data becomes available through the long-term data landscape approach. ## Required Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO) in Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. * Strong SQL skills. * Experience with Databricks, Genie, or a comparable data platform. * Experience building and maintaining dashboards. * Solid understanding of statistical analysis. * Experience with building and Facility Management data, including maintenance, ticketing, asset, or supplier/SLA data. * Experience independently creating data views and aggregations from existing datasets. * Affinity with cost and financial analysis, including cost-per-intervention and benchmarking. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to distinguish meaningful trends from noise. * Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. * Proactive and self-starting approach to identifying issues and opportunities. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience analyzing facility management or building operations data. * Experience with supplier performance and SLA analysis. * Experience working with large operational datasets. * Experience translating statistical and financial analysis into practical business recommendations. ## What Basic-Fit Offers * Unlimited access to GoodHabitz and LinkedIn Learning. * Opportunities for professional and personal development. * An informal, international, and collaborative working environment. * Opportunities to contribute ideas to strategic projects. * Gross monthly salary of €3,500–€5,500 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience and background. * Travel allowance and bike plan. * Health insurance discounts. * Remote work allowance. * Pension plan with a 52% contribution from Basic-Fit. * Access to the gym at the Basic-Fit headquarters. ## Work Arrangement * Location: Netherlands * Work model: Hybrid * Office presence: 4 days per week * Work from home: 1 day per week

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Data Science or Business Informatics and strong proficiency in SQL and Databricks. Experience with facility management data and the ability to translate complex datasets into business recommendations is required.
