About the role We are looking for a reliable, energetic and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our brand-new warehouse team at The Beauty Tech Group, Enschede. This is a hands-on role within a traditional warehouse environment, where you will be responsible for picking and preparing beauty technology products for customer orders. You will play an important part in ensuring that orders are processed accurately, efficiently and on time. What you'll be doing · Picking products accurately from warehouse locations based on customer orders · Packing products securely and preparing them for dispatch · Checking products and orders for accuracy and quality · Receiving, unloading and putting away incoming stock · Replenishing warehouse locations when required · Labelling and preparing parcels for shipment · Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment · Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks · Reporting damaged, missing or incorrect stock to the relevant team member · Following warehouse procedures, health & safety requirements and company policies · Supporting the wider warehouse team with general operational tasks when required What we're looking for · Previous warehouse, picking or logistics experience is essential · A reliable and positive attitude · Good attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work at pace while maintaining quality · Good organisational and time-management skills · Ability to work independently as well as part of a team · Physically able to carry out typical warehouse duties · Flexible and willing to support different areas of the warehouse when needed · A willingness to learn and develop within the role What we offer · The opportunity to join a growing beauty technology business · A friendly and supportive warehouse team · A hands-on role with varied day-to-day responsibilities · Training and support to help you succeed · A professional and positive working environment · Opportunities to grow with the business Why work at The Beauty Tech Group: At The Beauty Tech Group, we're redefining the future of beauty by bringing cutting edge technology into homes around the world.
