About The Job Do you love brand communication, storytelling, and working on global marketing campaigns? In this internship, you will be part of the Global Aptamil Strategy and Activation team, within our Specialised Nutrition business. You will be at the heart of our global office, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Culture & Influence, Digital Platforms, Media, Production, Science, and Regulatory, working alongside world-class agencies like BETC and WPP. Your mission? Help transform Aptamil into a purposeful brand that genuinely supports new parents worldwide - within our Specialised Nutrition business, where meaningful work meets real impact. Your Main Responsibilities Include, Drive creative projects from start to finish, partnering with agencies to manage asset creation, from brief to final approval Collaborate across functions to keep campaigns compliant, on-brand, and aligned with business goals Audit and optimize the Aptamil asset library - your recommendations for improvements are key Create presentations and playbooks for Business Unites Analyze performance and pitch improvements backed by real data Meet your future manager Kseniya Fursova About You As a Strategy & Activation Intern, communication and collaboration will be second nature to you. You are skilled in project management, combine analytical and creative steak and natural networker. You have a strong understanding of brand marketing and content development principles alongside strong visual sense. On top of that? You’re a proactive, highly structured and organized, have passion for brand storytelling and are always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. You are able to keep focus while being involved into multiple projects simultaneously. Other Mandatory Requirements Previous internship / job experience in marketing within a multinational FMCG (or similar) environment Enrolled as a Bachelor's/Master's student in Marketing, Communications, Business or any related field during the whole internship period; You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit); You have excellent written & verbal skills in English; additional languages are considered as a plus; You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2-3 days per week. Requirements
Candidates must be enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in a relevant field and possess previous marketing experience in an FMCG environment. Applicants must be residents of the Netherlands with a valid BSN and have excellent English communication skills.
