Guide and mentor trainee chefs. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen. Monitor the quality of dishes and oversee the progress of kitchen tasks. Schedule staff shifts. About You Positive, creative, enthusiastic, and driven. Completed vocational training in a relevant field. At least 10 years of work experience. Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
