Job Description

Goal This is a 5 month contract to provide administrative and operational support in order to ensure an effective, efficient and confidential working environment and meeting functionality. Key Responsibilities Administers and maintains AOC Inspection Management System (AIMS) Identifies opportunities for streamlining and automation of AIMS functionalities Provide complex administrative assistance to the assigned AOC Business Unit and assist in the general operation to maintain quality and effectiveness Assist the Supervisor and/or Professional in compiling data for the preparation of comprehensive and miscellaneous reports. Verify records for accuracy and provide supporting documentation when required Assist the Supervisor and/or Professional with special projects, long-range studies, and related activities Perform assignments that require research, editing, revising, tabulation, when it comes to preparing opinions and/or reports Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor or Senior Team member Functional Specific Responsibilities Create and maintain Dashboards for AIMS stakeholders (QMD Engineers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Division Head, SAIRs and Inspection Agencies) Evaluate inspectors’ performance and address where needed Monitor and evaluate the availability of inspectors and their qualifications and lease with Inspection Agencies to qualify inspectors in those areas where additional capacity is needed Facilitate data exchange between company’s ERP system and AIMS Record inspection results in company’s ERP system Prepare and conduct accurate management reports Liaise with AIMS stakeholders as required Act as front line of contact in case of any AIMS issue Coordinate the qualification of new inspectors and the qualification for additional inspection categories for already qualified inspectors Coordinate and administer the inspector approval status in the appropriate systems Provide professional training to new users of AIMS (internal and external) DocuSign Envelope ID: 843B10D7-14BC-41B0-89F3-3505A5289FC9 Requirements: 5 Month contract Vocational Education Minimum of 6 years of experience in Administration or other support function, preferably in the field of the respective functional area Excellent English skills, both written and verbally Dutch language skills are a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
