Share your talents PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP As an intern within the Internal Control, Risk & Non-Financial reporting team you help in ensuring the adequacy, effectiveness, and accuracy of the non-financial reporting process. You will provide support with the collection of data and subsequently, with the coordination of drafting non-financial reports. The non-financial reporting team is within the finance department butoperates in a cross-functional manner as key stakeholders are spread across the whole company. These can be, but are not limited to: Human Resources, Sustainability and Sourcing. You will assist in preparing our sustainability and future CSRD report. Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is an EU-legislation, requiring Rituals to disclose specific ESG-related metrics. This effort involves both operational work and long-term strategic thinking. YOUR ROLE You will be reporting to the Sr. Manager Internal Control & Risk & Non-Financial Reporting. You will (together with your manager and other team members) interact with local and middle management in the business. Your main focus will be to support the team with several non-financial reports on local level to comply with laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be working on delivering reporting metrics in line with CSRD requirements. You will gain insight into various areas of the business by learning about the processes, communicating with various stakeholders, and through the internship challenge. Your Accountabilities Support building the Sustainability Report 2026 Support non-financial reporting at local level Collect and analyze data related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance Support Rituals in becoming CSRD-ready Participate in the internship challenge Support updating policies, actions, and targets Design and implement reporting metrics in line with Rituals’ ESG-related policies Bring all of you Please note we can only accept applications from candidates who are actively enrolled in their study for the full duration of their internship. Student (University or HBO level) – in the direction of business, finance & control or sustainability; You have strong analytical and creative skills; You are positive minded and have a hands-on approach; You are critical, accurate and structured; You have eye for detail; You have an interest in Finance and Sustainability; You are fluent in English both written and verbal; You are available from first of February 2027 for 5-6 months In your field you want to be the best in class. Core Responsibilities

Support the collection and analysis of ESG data to ensure the accuracy of non-financial reporting. Assist in preparing the Sustainability Report 2026 and ensuring the company is CSRD-ready.

Requirements

Candidates must be actively enrolled students in Business, Finance & Control, or Sustainability. Strong analytical skills and fluency in English are required.
