Introduction to the job As Executive and international payroll expert, you will be responsible for the process of executive and international payroll and share plan administration. You will make sure that processes that have an impact on the executive payroll and share plans are processed according to global wage tax and social security requirements. You will provide service to executives (JG 14+) based on your knowledge of ASML-specific employee benefits content and processes, and understand the full end-to-end process, including General Ledger impact. Role and responsibilities As Executive and international payroll expert, you will be part of ASML's Business Services (ABS) People Operations - Global Operations - Global Payroll team and will report to the Manager Global Payroll & Equity. In this role, you will: Execute and control the payroll and equity process for executives and international mobile employees Translation of ASML policies into the payroll and share plan execution Answer questions from ASML executives about Payroll, wage tax, social securities and share plan issues Timely, complete and correct execution of the payroll, wage tax returns, social securities requirements and share plans Ensure alignment to internal and external customer requirements Contribute to continuous improvements initiatives Drive standardization, simplification and automation of the relevant processes Education and experience Graduate HBO Minimum of five years in (internationally-oriented) comparable positions Significant knowledge and experience in working as an administrator (“super user”) with automated employee financial systems Experience with Workday and SAP payroll solutions, preferably ADP GlobalView Experience with global mobility and shadow payroll is preferred Skills Working at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that. Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in internationally-oriented payroll positions. Proficiency with Workday, SAP, and ADP GlobalView is highly desired, along with knowledge of global mobility.
