WHAT YOU'LL DO Responsible for the performance of all relevant activities allocated to a Compliance Officer and a Money Laundering Reporting Officer under all rules and regulations applicable on Leonteq Securities AG, Amsterdam branch Performing client reviews and KYC procedure Monitoring client transactions and adherence to Dutch, European and Swiss legal requirements Drafting and review of risk assessments and compliance monitoring programs Documentation and life cycle management of relationships Support in regard to the implementation of group-wide policies and relevant standing orders Assistance with compliance reviews and reporting duties Compilation and preparation of the necessary documentation for internal and external examinations (e.g. audits) Support in other core compliance tasks Support Group Compliance in audit related topics Compliance reviews and responsibility for local reporting duties Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to identify, manage and track risks to which Leonteq is exposed to Communicating with senior management in relation to the risks identified in the company and advising on appropriate actions that could be taken WHAT YOU'LL NEED Law or economic degree At least 5 years of Compliance experience in the Dutch financial sector and in a role as Compliance Officer and MLRO Proficient in domestic Dutch legal and regulatory requirements and European regulation Active interest in capital markets and the respective regulations Dedicated and responsible personality with strong team-player attitude Ability to work independently and to take initiative Native in Dutch, business level proficiency in Englisch and German NICE TO HAVE Additional language skills WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE Experience the dynamics of a leading fintech company Insight opportunities across all departments to understand and build know-how in the mechanics of the structured investment product value chain Modern offices in exceptional location
Core Responsibilities
The role involves managing compliance and MLRO activities for the Amsterdam branch, including KYC procedures and monitoring transactions. It also requires drafting risk assessments and coordinating with senior management and auditors to manage regulatory risks.
Requirements
Candidates must have a law or economics degree and at least 5 years of compliance experience in the Dutch financial sector. Proficiency in Dutch, English, and German, along with deep knowledge of domestic and European regulations, is required.
