About Us Data Oriented Defence Operations OÜ (DODO) is a European deep-tech cybersecurity startup. We build ARES, an autonomous Agentic AI engine for offensive security, specifically designed for Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and OT/SCADA environments. We are changing how physical networks are secured, offering a 100% self-hosted, safe-by-design alternative to legacy vulnerability scanners. The Role We are looking for a tech-savvy Technical Account Executive Intern to bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and enterprise sales. Working directly with our Chief Growth Officer, you will operate across both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales phases. You will translate client technical requirements into actionable commercial propositions, ensuring that what we sell seamlessly aligns with what we execute and deliver. What You Will Do Pre-Sales Discovery & Scope Definition: Participate in technical discovery calls with enterprise prospects to analyze IT, OT, and Cloud architectures, translating complex client needs into structured commercial proposals. Technical-to-Business Translation: Map prospect requirements to software capabilities, creating clear project specifications, tailored use-case presentations, and solution outlines. Post-Sales Execution Support: Define operational prerequisites, deployment criteria, and technical deliverables required for successful project execution and client onboarding. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the core engineering team to ensure technical customer feedback directly informs product features and deployment strategies. Regulatory Contextualization: Translate key European cyber regulations (NIS2, DORA, Cyber Resilience Act) into clear technical arguments and sales triggers for enterprise prospects. Who You Are Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (3rd year) or Master’s (1st year) program in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Engineering, or a related technical field. Core Technical Knowledge: Solid theoretical or practical understanding of IT networks, OT/SCADA systems, Cloud infrastructure, and Software fundamentals. Technical Plus: Familiarity with Cybersecurity principles, Agentic AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs) is a strong plus. Commercial Mindset: Strong ability to explain technical software features in terms of business value, ROI, and compliance. Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a technical Bachelor's or Master's degree program with knowledge of IT networks and Cloud infrastructure. A commercial mindset and familiarity with cybersecurity or AI are strongly preferred.
