Your Responsibilities Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Amsterdam Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2-3 people), supported by Official Hosts Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams What We're Looking For Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently A strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow Stranger Soccer locally Motivation to deliver results, with rewards tied to performance and growth About Stranger Soccer Football is loved by billions, yet many still struggle to play regularly.
