Why this role matters Are you looking for a varied and responsible position within GXO? As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of between 8-10 warehouse employees and for helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment. We are looking for Two Coordinator’s to join our team at the Amsterdam site, where you will play an important role in supporting warehouse operations, assigning daily tasks, developing team dynamics, and driving process improvements on the shop floor. Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, rotational weekly shifts, evening shift allowance applies - 6.00 – 15.00 and 13.00 – 22.00 What's in it for you? Requirements
Previous coordination expertise and fluency in English are required. Candidates should have a proactive mindset and experience with LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.
