That is why we are looking for an experienced Facility Manager who will be responsible for managing, further developing, and continuously improving this environment. About The Role As a Facility Manager at Prodrive Technologies, you will be responsible for the performance, reliability, and further development of our campus and facility infrastructure. You will lead a team of facility engineers and ensure that our buildings, installations, and services meet the highest standards in safety, quality, continuity, and efficiency. In addition, you will take the lead in initiating and delivering improvement programs and investment projects that contribute to a future-proof and scalable working environment. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of facility engineers and technical specialists. Develop and execute a long-term strategy for buildings, installations, and technical facility assets. Develop, manage, and maintain a 10-year maintenance plan (Long-Term Maintenance Plan, LTMP). Initiate and deliver technical improvement projects from concept through implementation. Ensure compliance with and implementation of relevant certifications, legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements. What You Bring 8+ years of relevant experience in Facility Management, Real Estate, Building Services, or a similar technical environment. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or another relevant field Proven experience in a leadership role. Demonstrated technical expertise in building operations, building-related systems, and maintenance management. Experience leading technical improvement, renovation, or expansion projects. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance technical and commercial considerations. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a related field and over 8 years of relevant technical experience. Proven leadership skills and expertise in building operations and maintenance management are essential.
