GSM (Green SM) is one of Europe's most exciting new mobility companies - a vertically integrated operator with successful launches across multiple markets, now expanding into Europe. GSM's parent company manufactures the vehicles, and GSM deploys them as ride-share mobility, giving us end-to-end control from vehicle to road. We're looking for a Setup Team Leader to join the European setup team and help build the business from the ground up: vehicles, depots, and charging infrastructure, plus supporting other teams through launch and scale-up. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role - fast-paced, structured, and commercially minded. You'll manage the team doing the setup work and help write the blueprint for GSM's EU expansion, with real accountability and impact from day one. Responsibilities Manage a team of setup specialists - track progress against schedule, identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot, and coach Report directly to the EU Setup Manager, with daily and weekly progress reporting Support specialists through the internal approval process for smaller cost items and contracts Review and manage contracts alongside specialists to meet key deadlines Follow up with other departments to keep them on track against shared schedules What We're Looking For Project management experience, ideally in construction or engineering A demonstrated track record managing high-performing teams against tight schedules, with strong coaching ability Comfort navigating ambiguity, and skill in breaking complex problems into clear, manageable tasks A fast-paced, execution-focused working style Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously A reliable operator others can depend on Why GSM Be part of the founding European setup team and grow with us as we expand Backed by Vietnam's largest company, with the growth trajectory of a fast-scaling European startup Real decision-making authority with tangible, visible impact Learn alongside counterparts across other markets Help build the future of green transport in Europe

Core Responsibilities

Manage a team of setup specialists to build vehicles, depots, and charging infrastructure for European expansion. Coordinate with other departments and report progress to the EU Setup Manager to ensure schedules are met.
