Ask question What will you do? As a TIG Welder At Bayards Aluminium Solutions, You Will Work On Unique Aluminium Structures Used In a Variety Of Projects Around The World. You Create Strong, Accurate, And Visually Flawless Welds That Meet The Highest Quality Standards. With Your Expertise, You Contribute Directly To The Success Of Innovative Aluminium Projects. Your Main Tasks Include Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications. Setting up TIG welding equipment according to project requirements. Tack-welding and TIG welding various aluminium components and structures. Performing intermediate weld inspections and reporting deviations. Ensuring neat finishing and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Keeping your TIG welding and aluminium welding knowledge up to date. Collaborating with colleagues from production and assembly to achieve the best results. Who are you? You have completed a technical vocational education (MBO or equivalent). You have proven experience as a TIG Welder, preferably with aluminium structures. You are able to read technical drawings and work independently from drawings. You work accurately, independently, and with a strong focus on quality. You are flexible, collegial, and motivated. You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. Requirements

Candidates must have a technical vocational education and proven experience as a TIG Welder, specifically with aluminium. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and a strong focus on quality and independence are required.
