Ask question What will you do? As a Junior CNC Miller, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to manufacture high-quality aluminium components and structures. During your education, internship, or apprenticeship, you have already gained basic experience in CNC machining. At Bayards, you will have the opportunity to further develop these skills and grow into an independent CNC Miller. You will work with our advanced 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines on projects for defence, luxury yacht building, containers, and helidecks. Your Responsibilities Include Reading and interpreting technical drawings, fixture sketches, and work instructions. Preparing and setting up workpieces for machining. Setting up and operating CNC milling machines. Performing dimensional and quality inspections on machined parts. Working according to specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Expanding your knowledge of CNC programs, tooling, and machining techniques. Collaborating with colleagues to produce high-quality aluminium products. What do you bring? A technical talent who is eager to learn, works accurately, and wants to further develop within CNC machining. You have completed a technical vocational education (MBO or equivalent), preferably in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or Metalworking. You have gained CNC machining experience during your education, internship, or apprenticeship. You have an affinity for CNC machines and technology. You can read technical drawings or are willing to further develop this skill. You work accurately, are quality-focused, and have a keen eye for detail. You are motivated to grow within the CNC machining profession. You are willing to work mainly in a two-shift system, with the possibility of day shifts or a three-shift system. What do we offer you? Requirements

Candidates should have a technical vocational education (MBO or equivalent) in Machining or Metalworking and basic CNC experience from an internship or apprenticeship. A strong eye for detail and willingness to work in a shift system are required.
