Working across Marketing, R&D and Commercial teams, you will identify future opportunities, shape investment decisions and ensure our innovation pipeline delivers sustainable growth and competitive advantage. As a member of the Incotec Global Leadership Team, you will play a central role in shaping business strategy, influencing investment decisions and ensuring customer, market and portfolio insights are embedded in leadership decision-making. Who We’re Looking For A strategic leader who can anticipate where agricultural markets are heading, identify the opportunities that matter most, and turn insight into sustainable business growth. Proven success in strategic marketing, portfolio management or growth strategy within a global B2B agricultural business. Demonstrated ability to shape portfolio and innovation investment decisions that drive growth, differentiation and long-term value creation. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate market insights, customer needs and industry trends into winning business strategies. Experience using data, analytics and market intelligence to influence decision-making and deliver measurable business outcomes. A strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture while turning complex challenges into clear, actionable priorities. Skilled at influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across a global matrix organisation, building trust and momentum behind strategic initiatives. Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in evolving environments where ambiguity creates opportunity. Naturally curious, with a passion for engaging customers, industry networks and thought leaders to identify emerging trends, uncover new opportunities and challenge customer status quo. Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or a related discipline. Professional marketing qualification or postgraduate degree is advantageous. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will shape the future direction of Incotec's portfolio and innovation strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of sustainable agriculture. Working across the business, you will turn market insight into strategic action, guide investment decisions and build the capabilities needed to drive long-term growth. Lead the strategic marketing agenda, as a member of the Incotec Global Leadership Team, aligning portfolio, innovation and commercial priorities to drive sustainable growth. Shape the global portfolio strategy, balancing short and long-term opportunities to maximise business value. Turn customer insights, industry engagement, and market trends into growth opportunities, innovation priorities and differentiated market positioning. Govern and prioritise the innovation pipeline, ensuring investment decisions deliver strong commercial returns. Embed long-term portfolio planning to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities and future investment needs. Champion the voice of the customer and market, influencing strategic and investment decisions at leadership level. Partner with R&D, Sales and regional teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions. Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, industry bodies, research partners and external networks, ensuring Incotec remains connected to emerging market needs and future growth opportunities. Anticipate market, competitive and regulatory developments, identifying opportunities, risks and areas for differentiation. Advance the use of market intelligence, digital tools and AI-enabled insights to strengthen decision-making. Build, lead and develop a high-performing strategic marketing team.
