Brief Description Job Title: Junior Support Manager Location: Marshall Aerospace Eindhoven (MNL-EHV) on Vliegbasis Eindhoven Business Unit: Marshall Netherlands Reports to (Job Title): Country Manager/MRO Delivery Manager Department: MNL-EHV Purpose of the position To act as the primary liaison between Marshall Aerospace Netherlands and the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF), ensuring the effective delivery of the Total Sustainment Contract for the C130 Hercules fleet. The role supports daily operations, coordinates logistics, and ensures contract performance in line with agreed KPIs. Accountability The role is accountable for supporting and eventually leading the Marshall NL Eindhoven team, ensuring smooth contract execution, customer satisfaction, and compliance with operational and quality standards. Responsibilities: The broad main duties which must be performed well in the role in order to succeed. i.e. providing technical expertise to stakeholders, project management, designing technical solutions, coaching less experienced employees, working to KPIs, monitoring trends and reviewing best practices etc. Act as the day-to-day face of Marshall at the RNLAF Eindhoven base. Support and eventually lead the Marshall NL Eindhoven team. Coordinate logistics, including import/export of parts and inventory optimization. Liaise with Cambridge-based departments and Netherlands-based suppliers. Manage the customer Help Desk and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with ERP systems (SAP and IFS) and quality management systems. Participate in budget management and performance reporting. Tasks: A piece of work to be done within the responsibility of the role. i.e. co-ordinating and distributing work, assembling prototypes, developing estimates, cleansing data, conducting audits etc. Ensure the customer always has its at the correct location for maintaining the aircraft. Ensure the parts are put through the MROU loop in a timely manner. Attend regular meetings and briefings with RNLAF. Coordinate supply and demand data. Monitor supplier performance (e.g., Standard Aero). Maintain secure documentation and correspondence. Support transactions in ERP systems (SAP and IFS). Uphold QMS/BMS processes and procedures. Technical Competencies: ¡ Project management and logistics coordination. ¡ ERP system proficiency (SAP and IFS preferred). ¡ Understanding of Through Life Support and performance-based contracting. ¡ Familiarity with defence and aerospace maintenance environments. Education: ¡ At least Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable experience. Experience: Essential ¡ Experience with ERP systems (SAP or IFS). ¡ Project management or equivalent operational experience. ¡ Fluent in Dutch and English, including technical terminology. Desirable ¡ Former Dutch Military Engineering Officer or Warrant Officer. ¡ Experience in Through Life Support, ILS, or Supply Chain Management. ¡ Ability to drive a forklift Additional local needs Such as requirements to be onsite, physical requirements, security clearance, environmental conditions, business travel needs etc. ¡ Must be eligible for NL MoD security clearance. ¡ Valid driver’s license required. ¡ Onsite presence at RNLAF Eindhoven base. ¡ Subject to security vetting and US export control compliance. Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Engineering and proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or IFS. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and English and eligible for NL MoD security clearance.
