You play an important role in one of the final steps of our process and ensure that our product is produced safely and in accordance with our quality standards. What will you be doing? As a Casting Operator, you are responsible for handling our batch process. You start up the process lines, and when a batch is completed, you clean the production line so that it is ready for the next batch. Your duties include, among others: Starting up process lines. Cleaning process lines. Performing quality and safety checks. Performing housekeeping within your work area. Identifying and reporting deviations. Resolving process disruptions. Actively contributing to order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace. To master the entire process, you will be given ample time to learn by shadowing one of our experienced casting operators. Once you have gained sufficient experience, you will perform your duties on the casting floor independently. What do we offer? Wat ga je doen? Als Castingoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van ons batchproces. Je start de proceslijnen op en wanneer een batch is afgerond, maak je de productielijn schoon zodat deze klaarstaat voor de volgende batch. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Opstarten van proceslijnen. Schoonmaken van proceslijnen. Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles. Uitvoeren van housekeeping binnen jouw werkgebied. Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen. Oplossen van procesverstoringen. Actief bijdragen aan orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkplek. Om het volledige proces goed onder de knie te krijgen, krijg je uitgebreid de tijd om dit te leren door mee te lopen met één van onze ervaren castingoperators. Zodra je voldoende ervaring hebt opgedaan, voer je zelfstandig je werkzaamheden op de castingvloer uit. Wat bieden wij? Requirements

Requires an MBO working and thinking level with a strong technical interest and a safety-conscious attitude. While industry experience is a plus, candidates with a general technical or operational background are welcome.
