You'll work closely with customers, operations teams, IT, HR, and senior stakeholders to design, improve, and implement supply chain solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and business performance. What you'll be doing Analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes. Designing logistics solutions, warehouse layouts, workflows, and operational models. Translating customer and business requirements into practical and scalable solutions. Supporting implementation projects from concept through operational go-live. Collaborating with Operations, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites. Evaluating new technologies, automation, and process enhancements to improve performance. What we're looking for Experience in a logistics engineering, supply chain engineering, process improvement, or similar role. Background within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or 3PL environments. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable solutions. Knowledge of automation, robotics, continuous improvement, or process optimization. Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools is a plus. Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with customers and senior stakeholders. A hands-on and proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving. What's in it for you?
