A Cybersecurity and AI Analyst holds a dynamic role operating as a human-in-the-loop cyber security role, not limited to but includes incident investigations, SOC data analysis, vulnerability management, and application security requirements. Next generation threat hunting, situational awareness, and operating at hyper speed for hyper scaling environments is crucial. Responsibilities Incident Investigation, following Incident Response Processes, owning the incident from discovery to remediation with full scope reporting. Data Analysis | SIEM Ops – Log data analytics to support noise reduction, rule refinements, and implementing YARA rulesets or other SIEM related configuration requirements. Vulnerability Management, industry standard tooling using Tenable Nessus. Must be able to configure scans, generate reports, organize data and remove false positives and noise from reporting. Application Security, analyzing data from agentic workflows and performing configuration updates to refine, manage, triage issues as part of these processes for discovery of new threats. Security Operations, this role is a broad role whereas you’ll be included in multiple scoped operational requirements that span the entire field of cyber security. As a member of this surgical strike team, you’ll be sky diving into situations and work multiple operational areas, including Tier I support for security incidents. Agentic AI, the forefront of cyber security requires the candidate to operate with prompt generation, model analytics, and a full understanding of structured vs unstructured data. Proactive Defense, requires verbose communication, daily handoff of intel debriefs, and case management activities; ensuring operational SLAs are met. Other requirements assigned as needed. Requirements Possess at least one of the following certifications - Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) v13, Cybersecurity Analyst+ (CySA+) or Security+ Bachelor of Computer Science or Cyber Security Related OR related Master’s Degree Must have at a minimum three years of relevant experience Experience with vulnerability management lifecycle, including tracking issues from discovery to remediation and closure Experience with Microsoft products such as Microsoft Administration Center Understanding of AI models and writing effective prompts A software development background is nice to have

Core Responsibilities

The role involves managing the full lifecycle of security incidents from discovery to remediation and performing SOC data analysis. It also focuses on vulnerability management, application security, and leveraging agentic AI for threat discovery.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience and a degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity. Required certifications include CEH v13, CySA+, or Security+.
