About The Job Logistics Engineer (Projects Logistics & Planning) Shape the Flow of Complex Projects Are you passionate about logistics, planning, and creating structure in complex project environments? Do you enjoy solving supply chain challenges and ensuring that the right materials are available at the right place and time? We are looking for a Logistics Engineer to take ownership of the operational logistics and planning activities within our Project House organization. In this role, you will be the driving force behind material planning, supplier coordination, logistics execution, and process compliance, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. This is a hands-on role with a strong operational focus. You will play a critical part in stabilizing logistics operations, improving planning reliability, and enabling the wider organization to focus on ongoing transformation and process improvement initiatives. What You'll Do Project Planning & Material Management Convert project requirements and Bills of Material (BOMs) into actionable logistics and material plans. Create and maintain material demand forecasts and delivery schedules. Ensure material availability aligns with project milestones and customer commitments. Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage shortages and supply risks. Logistics Execution Own the day-to-day logistics activities for assigned projects. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse operations, and site deliveries. Manage transportation and logistics service providers to ensure on-time delivery. Support expediting activities for critical materials and urgent customer requirements. Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination Act as the central point of contact for logistics and material planning topics. Follow up on supplier performance, delivery commitments, and material availability. Work closely with Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, and Warehouse teams. Communicate risks, delays, and mitigation plans to key stakeholders. Process Excellence Ensure compliance with logistics processes, standards, and governance requirements. Maintain accurate master data and logistics information in SAP. Analyze logistics performance and identify improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reliability, and transparency. What You Bring Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years experience in logistics, material planning, supply chain operations, or project logistics. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach. Experience working with SAP. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is an advantage. Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in supply chain or project logistics. Proficiency in SAP and fluency in English are required, with Dutch or German being an advantage.
