About the Role We are looking for an AI Engineer to help design, implement, and improve AI-powered software solutions for client projects and internal systems. In this role, you will work on AI workflows, automation systems, LLM-based features, agents, integrations, data-driven tools, internal platforms, APIs, databases, and production software systems. This is a hands-on engineering role with clear ownership, working closely with founders, engineers, designers, and clients to turn operational problems into reliable technical solutions. What You’ll Do Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation systems Develop LLM-based features, agents, and integrations Work with APIs, databases, data pipelines, and software systems Test, deploy, monitor, and improve AI solutions Translate business requirements into practical technical designs Collaborate with the team and clients to deliver reliable systems What We’re Looking For 2-5 years of hands-on software engineering experience Strong experience with PHP, Python, TypeScript, and React with TypeScript Comfortable working with AI, LLM APIs, RAG, pre; RAPTOR, and Pinecone Comfortable working with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Azure, AWS, and automation tools such as Zapier Any degree or background is welcome, as long as you can demonstrate your expertise Comfortable working in a small engineering team Practical, curious, and focused on maintainable solutions Appreciation for Domain-Driven Design, clean architecture, and microservices What You’ll Get From Us Depending on the role, timing, and type of collaboration, we aim to offer: Indicative salary range of EUR 4,000-5,400 gross per month for a full-time salaried role, depending on experience and technical ability Fully remote Performance-based end-of-year bonuses Referral bonuses for successful candidate or client referrals Remote work options, with hybrid collaboration when needed A MacBook Air or MacBook Pro provided for your work, depending on role requirements Travel allowance for work-related travel Education and course budget to support your professional growth Clear growth opportunities as the company develops Open Application This is an open application for upcoming AI engineering opportunities.
