Als voorman betontimmerman werk je aan civiele projecten in jouw regio. We kijken samen naar de mogelijkheden bij jou in de buurt. Je stuurt een klein team aan en werkt zelf mee. Samen zorg je dat het werk veilig, volgens planning en met kwaliteit wordt uitgevoerd.

Jouw taken:
- Zelfstandig uitvoeren van timmerwerk aan civiele projecten
- Aansturen en begeleiden van je collega-timmermannen
- Oplossen van ad-hoc problemen en storingen
- Overleg met uitvoerders en andere betrokkenen op het project
Jouw team
Je werkt op verschillende projectlocaties in de regio waar je woont. Vanuit huis rijd je naar de bouwplaatsen waar je aan de slag gaat. BAM Infra Civiel werkt aan civiele projecten met bouwkundige aspecten, zoals bruggen, tunnels, viaducten en hoogspanningsstations. Naast de bouw nemen we ook beheer en onderhoud voor onze rekening.
Wij bieden jou
- Een vast salaris tussen €3.385 en €3.615 per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring
- Extra prestatietoeslag tot 20% bovenop je maandsalaris

Hier herken jij jezelf in
Je weet hoe het werkt op de bouw en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je hebt ervaring als timmerman in de civiele techniek of bouw
- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van collega’s
- Je bent in staat overzicht te houden en bij te sturen waar nodig
- Je hebt een VCA en GPI, of je bent bereid deze te halen
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B

Core Responsibilities
You will lead a small team of carpenters while performing hands-on concrete and carpentry work on civil infrastructure projects. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining project schedules, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating progress with site supervisors.
Requirements
Candidates must have professional experience as a carpenter in civil engineering or construction and possess leadership capabilities. A valid driver's license and VCA/GPI certifications are required, or the willingness to obtain them.
