Over de rol

Je behandelt meldingen onder beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen van onze verzekerden zoals advocaten, notarissen, accountants, belastingadviseurs, assurantietussenpersonen en makelaars in onroerend goed, maar ook meldingen onder bestuurdersaansprakelijkheids- en cyberverzekeringen van kleine tot grote organisaties. Na ontvangst van een schademelding of een cyberincident bij een verzekerde breng je alle relevante feiten in beeld en beoordeel je aan de hand daarvan dekking onder de polis en de aansprakelijkheid van verzekerde. Vervolgens werk je een plan van aanpak uit en voer je dat uit om een zaak tot een goed einde te brengen. Je houdt jouw dossier nauwkeurig bij en stelt de schadereserve vast en ondertussen heb je veelvuldig contact met onze verzekerden, advocaten, experts, wederpartijen en andere betrokken partijen.

Je wordt onderdeel van het Financial Lines claims team. Een hecht team van 8 gedreven en ervaren professionals die graag met je meedenken over jouw zaak. Als team werken we op ons kantoor in Capelle a/d IJssel (tegen Rotterdam aan), maar bieden we ook de mogelijkheid om een deel van jouw werktijd vanuit huis te werken.

 

We zoeken iemand die

• Een studie Nederlands Recht heeft afgerond;
• Al enige werkervaring heeft (1 – 3 jaar) waarbij ervaring met schadebehandeling (bij een makelaar of verzekeraar) een pré is, maar geen must;
  Heb je nog geen werkervaring, maar denk je wel over de gevraagde capaciteiten te beschikken? Schroom dan vooral niet om te solliciteren!
• Analytisch sterk is en hoofd- bijzaken van elkaar kan scheiden;
• Communicatief vaardig is en de Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheerst in zowel woord als schrift;
• Bij voorkeur ook goed Engels spreekt en schrijft;
• Klantgericht is en de verwachtingen van onze verzekerden goed kan managen;
• Proactief en oplossingsgericht is;
• Interesse in cybersecurity is een pré.
