Job Description

COO Analytics is a global analytics and technology organization within ING Analytics, delivering data, AI and digital solutions for the COO division - especially across Fraud Prevention, Financial Crime Prevention (FCFP) and Conversational Banking.

Our mission is to help ING make smarter decisions, improve customer experience, strengthen risk management and unlock new opportunities through analytics, technology and AI.

We are looking for a Business Manager who will work closely with the COOA Tribe Lead and Leadership Team to drive strategy execution, organizational effectiveness and operational excellence across our international teams.

As Business Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the Tribe Lead and leadership team, ensuring that COOA effectively delivers on its strategic priorities, growth ambitions and transformation agenda.

You will connect strategy, people, finance, governance and execution across multiple domains, enabling leaders to focus on delivering impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of COOA's strategy and roadmap.

  • Drive leadership priorities and follow up on key actions and deliverables.

  • Provide structured insights and reporting to support decision making.

Financial & Workforce Planning

  • Support budgeting, headcount planning and investment management.

  • Monitor financial performance and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate hiring, workforce planning and growth initiatives.

Governance & Operations

  • Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, offsites, portfolio reviews, demos and tribe-wide events.

  • Improve processes, governance and operational effectiveness.

  • Manage risks, dependencies and strategic initiatives across domains.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare executive presentations, communications and leadership updates.

  • Represent COOA in key cross-functional initiatives.

  • Build strong partnerships across ING Analytics, business units and global stakeholders.

Organizational Development

  • Support organizational design, change initiatives and culture programs.

  • Help develop capabilities and learning initiatives across the tribe.

  • Foster collaboration across Fraud, FCFP, Conversational Banking and Agentic AI teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Management, Strategy, PMO, Consulting, Chief of Staff or similar roles.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in complex international environments.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution.

  • Strong financial and planning capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
