Bij Accenture Nederland werk je aan een breed scala aan onderwerpen, variërend van operationele excellentie en strategische vraagstukken tot de implementatie van opkomende technologieën. Tijdens je stage word je begeleid en gecoacht door ervaren consultants, waardoor je praktische vaardigheden opdoet die waardevol zijn voor je hele loopbaan. Deze stage daagt je uit om je academische nieuwsgierigheid en innovatieve mindset te combineren om echte maatschappelijke waarde te creëren via technologie en veranderinitiatieven.
Duur van de stage: 4 tot 6 maanden, startend in september of oktober.
Sollicitatie: Dien je cv en een motivatiebrief (bij voorkeur in het Nederlands) in, waarin je je interesse in Accenture Nederland en deze stage toelicht. Geef in je motivatiebrief aan wat de duur van je stage is en of je solliciteert voor een meewerkstage of een scriptiestage.
Wat je gaat doen: Als stagiair werk je samen met toegewijde consultants aan echte klantopdrachten, waarbij je organisaties ondersteunt zoals verschillende ministeries met nationale en internationale afhankelijkheden, (academische) ziekenhuizen en instellingen op het gebied van justitie en veiligheid om digitaler, wendbaarder en toekomstbestendiger te worden.
Je doet praktische ervaring op met het ontwikkelen van strategieën, terwijl je bijdraagt aan betekenisvolle projecten die echte waarde creëren voor onze klanten, met tastbare voordelen zoals kostenbesparing, efficiëntere en snellere afhandeling van cases of het optimaliseren van hun processen.
Wat kun je verwachten:
Tijdens je meewerkstage krijg je de kans om je eigen ervaring vorm te geven en je persoonlijke interesses te verkennen. Je werkt mee aan verschillende projecten, waaronder businessanalyses, stakeholder- en marktanalyse, ondersteuning bij de ontwikkeling van businessvoorstellen en onderzoek naar systemen en functionaliteiten van klanten. Je wordt ook aangemoedigd om met eigen ideeën en initiatief te komen, zodat je jezelf kunt uitdagen en het maximale uit je stage kunt halen.

Waar we naar op zoek zijn:
Opleiding: Je bent momenteel ingeschreven voor een masteropleiding aan een Nederlandse universiteit gedurende de volledige stageperiode. Gewenste studierichtingen zijn onder andere Healthcare/Life Sciences, evenals Public of Business Administration, Politicologie of nauw verwante disciplines.
Vaardigheden: Affiniteit met gezondheidszorg of de publieke sector; je volgt actief de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen.
Mindset: Ambitieus en proactief, van nature kritisch, communicatief sterk en een teamspeler.
Bonus punten: Betrokkenheid bij extracurriculaire activiteiten. Bijvoorbeeld betrokkenheid bij studentenorganisaties, Defensity College, Society College, De Kleine Consultant, enzovoort.

Core Responsibilities
Interns will collaborate with consultants on client projects to support digital transformation and strategic initiatives within the public and healthcare sectors. Responsibilities include conducting business and market analyses, supporting proposal development, and researching client systems to drive organizational efficiency.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a master's degree program at a Dutch university, preferably in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Public Administration, or Political Science. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required, along with a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills.
