Job Description

Are you a proactive Calibration Technician looking for a new challenge within our Calibration team at Applied Medical? In this full-time position, you will be responsible for Calibration of equipment used for production, working on new calibration procedures, and expanding the scope of calibration activities. As a Calibration Technician, you will work together with and provide support to all levels of product/project support teams and manufacturing teams.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Perform calibration activities for inspection, measurement, and test equipment to ensure compliance
  • Manage and maintain the calibration standards, tools, spare parts in the calibration laboratory as well as the general housekeeping of the area
  • Collaborate with internal teams/external vendors to setup requirements, make arrangements, and schedule activities related to calibration of equipment/standards
  • Setup calibration parameters for equipment to meet the requested requirements
  • Develop new calibration instructions/guidance documents according to detailed specifications, drawings, and other technical requirements
  • Analyze measurement data for identifying abnormalities, trends and/or predicting future values

What you bring

  • Vocational/MBO level 4 diploma in a technical field
  • Preferred experience in metrology/calibration fields
  • Preferred experience in an ERP system such as SAP
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Dutch (verbal and written) is highly preferred
