We are looking for a proactive Associate Market Implementation Operations Coordinator to join our Market Implementation team at Applied Medical. In this full-time position, you will support a wide range of operational, coordination, and project-related activities that enable the successful implementation of marketing and product support initiatives across our international markets.
As part of a global team, you will collaborate with regional stakeholders and internal departments to manage marketing and sales collateral, support marketing communication platforms, coordinate projects, and assist in process improvement initiatives. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations while contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily Market Implementation operations, including marketing asset management
- Maintain and support communication channels and platforms, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Coordinate administrative documentation and support operational activities across regional teams
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business activities and decision-making
- Develop a solid understanding of Applied Medical’s brand identity, products, programs, and relevant competitor offerings
- Develop a foundational understanding of key surgical procedures and clinical applications
- Support process improvement initiatives by assisting with the implementation of new procedures, systems, and workflows
- Actively contribute to project activities and complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines
- Manage internal and external communications while ensuring alignment with company messaging and brand standards
- Ensure compliance with Applied Medical's Quality Systems (QS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and company quality standards
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar coordination, operations, project support, or related role
- Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to rapidly evolving situations and business needs
- Advanced Microsoft 365 (Excel, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, etc.) and Dynamics 365 Skills
The following qualifications are desirable, but not mandatory:
- Fluency in an additional European language, such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or French
- Experience supporting global teams or international projects
- Experience with collateral management, content review, or communication platform administration
- Analytical skills and experience with data collection and reporting
