  • Develop and optimize the EMEA benefits strategy, ensuring programs remain competitive, sustainable, and compliant.

  • Lead annual reward cycles, including merit reviews, bonus processes, salary benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and benefits renewals.

  • Drive continuous improvement, simplification, standardization, automation, and governance across reward processes.

  • Build reward analytics and dashboards that provide actionable insights for senior leadership.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Rewards team while contributing to major regional and global transformation initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership teams on reward strategy, organizational design, and workforce decisions.

Who You Are

You are a strategic and commercially minded Total Rewards professional who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

You bring:

  • Experience leading multi-country EMEA reward programs.

  • Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into practical, scalable solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using reward data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including exposure to executive-level audiences.

  • Experience working within a complex, matrixed, and fast-growing organization.

  • Strong change management and transformation experience.

  • Knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
