Onze business line Natural Resources - Oil, Gas & Chemicals voert haven gebonden inspecties, controles en analyses uit in de olie- en (petro)chemische industrie. De activiteiten bestaan voornamelijk uit het uitvoeren van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve inspecties en analyses op een zeer breed scala vloeibare petroleum-/petrochemische producten.
Functieomschrijving
Als Chemisch Analist in ons chemie laboratorium in de Botlek voer je zelfstandig een breed spectrum van chemische analyses uit op vloeibare (petro) chemicaliën en gassen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces "van monster tot analyse" hierdoor heb je veel contact met de fabrieken waar jij de monsters neemt.
De technieken waar jij mee werkt zijn: GC, IC, ICP, ICP-MS, AAS, UV-VIS, IR-spectometrie, Headspace-GC en diverse Nat-chemische technieken. Het laboratorium is ISO9001 gecertificeerd en ISO17025 geaccrediteerd.
Je werkt in dagdiensten en in een klein en gezellig team. Je hebt contact met verschillende mensen binnen en buiten onze organisatie.
Functie-eisen
Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Je kan zelfstandig werken en werkt nauwkeurig.
De volgende ervaring zien wij graag terug op jouw CV:
- Een afgeronde MLO of HLO opleiding
- Werk- of stage-ervaring in een laboratoriumomgeving met instrumentale analysetechnieken.

Core Responsibilities
As a Chemical Analyst, you will independently perform a wide spectrum of chemical analyses on liquid chemicals and gases in the laboratory. You are responsible for the entire process from sample collection to final analysis, maintaining close contact with the production facilities.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed MLO or HLO education in a relevant field. Previous work or internship experience in a laboratory environment using instrumental analysis techniques is required.
