Job Summary
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for providing financial leadership to support and challenge decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the company. FP&A is primarily responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analysis and business partnering. The FP&A team aims to deliver high quality, relevant, timely and accurate financial and non-financial information to enable key decision making and strategic direction.
Responsibilities
Forecasting
Reviews templates, consolidate analysis and presentation to enable the budget and forecast process
Reviews and completes more complex forecasting including the strategic long term model
Reporting
Reviews regular executive and operational report preparation and analysis process for financial and non-financial KPI’s (key performance indicators), completes more complex reporting initiatives
Business Partnering
Influences decisions made by leaders across the business (cross functionally) and work to understand the business needs and deliver on those needs
Financial Analysis
Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems
Control/Compliance
Completes purchase order approvals, new headcount approvals, and ensures regulatory compliance [i.e. SOX]
Sales Commission
Reviews and approves commissions and sales bonus
Qualifications
Proven years experience in finance or related field preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
Master's degree (MBA) preferred · CPA/CFA certification preferred

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making. They will act as a business partner across functions to influence key decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Candidates should have proven experience in finance or a related field, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. An MBA or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly preferred.
