Mainfreight’s three-year supply chain traineeship offers you the chance to work on impactful projects while receiving structured training, mentoring, and leadership development. You’ll rotate through two or three diverse roles, each with unique responsibilities and challenges—from driving a forklift and managing shipments to making sales calls, visiting customers, and even leading a team. This well-rounded experience will give you deep insight into global supply chain management. Core Responsibilities

Trainees will rotate through diverse operational roles, including shipment management, sales calls, and team leadership. They will also participate in process improvement projects and leadership development courses.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree and be fluent in both English and Dutch. An eagerness to start a career in global supply chain and logistics is essential.
