Mainfreight’s three-year supply chain traineeship offers you the chance to work on impactful projects while receiving structured training, mentoring, and leadership development. You’ll rotate through two or three diverse roles, each with unique responsibilities and challenges—from driving a forklift and managing shipments to making sales calls, visiting customers, and even leading a team. This well-rounded experience will give you deep insight into global supply chain management. Core Responsibilities

Trainees will rotate through various operational and leadership roles, including warehouse management, sales, and team leadership. They will also participate in process improvement projects and leadership development courses.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree and be fluent in both English and Dutch. A strong desire to build a long-term career in global supply chain and logistics is required.
