03 October 2025 Air Export Operations Amsterdam AIR FREIGHT | SCHIPHOL, THE NETHERLANDS ABOUT THE ROLE With a fantastic opportunity available, we are looking for a highly motivated export team member to join our air freight branch to grow our business. Airfreight experience is nice to have, but not required. All the tools will be provided for you to be successful. DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES Based in our Amsterdam Air Freight branch, this role is all about providing outstanding customer service and operational support to our customers. Your focus will be to take control of exports shipments from the time a shipment is confirmed to final delivery and everything in between including; liaising with our overseas Mainfreight branches and partners, customers, our Mainfreight transport team, airlines and, the Dutch Custom. Making decisions to get our cargo moving and delivered in full and on-time. This is where you come in! Core Responsibilities

Manage air export shipments from confirmation to final delivery, ensuring on-time delivery. Coordinate with overseas branches, partners, airlines, and Dutch Customs to facilitate cargo movement.

Requirements

Seeking a motivated individual with a professional image and a willingness to learn; air freight experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Dutch and a strong appetite for business growth are essential.
