We welcome our local and international guests in the casual Brasserie, at the Bar, or in our cozy lounge for breakfast, lunch, High Wine, dinner, a cup of coffee, or a creative cocktail.The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie. As Chef de Partie you will join our ambition to work towards earning a Bib Gourmand for Bar Brasserie OCCO. You are also constantly creating the “wow” factor for our guests and you ensure to exceed their expectations. Your motivation, involvement, commitment and eagerness to learn are of importance. You are working in a young and ambitious team. Together, under supervision of our Executive Chef Jurgen van der Zalm, there is one goal: creating an unforgettable experience for our guest. Who are you? You have graduated culinary school. You have gained experience in equivalent hotels or restaurants. You are stress resistant. You are flexible in working days and hours. You speak English. You are guest oriented and you have a positive attitude. What’s in it for you? Travel allowance starting from 5 kilometres. Core Responsibilities

The Chef de Partie will work towards earning a Bib Gourmand for Bar Brasserie OCCO by delivering high-quality regional cuisine. They are responsible for creating a 'wow' factor for guests and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from culinary school and possess experience in equivalent hotels or restaurants. They should be stress-resistant, flexible with working hours, and fluent in English.
