Voor onze vacature als nachtreceptionist(e) bij Novotel Den Haag City Centre zijn we op zoek naar een steun en toeverlaat in de uren dat bijna iedereen slaapt. Onze held van de nacht en bij wie hospitality op het lijf geschreven is.
Wie ben jij
Degene die invulling geeft aan de vacature van nachtreceptionist zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten een fantastisch verblijf hebben in ons hotel. Je bent minimaal 4 dagen en maximaal 5 dagen per week beschikbar. Ook ben jij het visitekaartje van onze hotelgasten gedurende de nacht. Jouw werkdag begint iedere avond met een briefing, zodat je goed op de hoogte bent van wat er die avond/nacht in ieder geval op je af zal komen. En wat er de rest van je dienst gebeurt? Jij bent flexibel genoeg en in staat om ‘out of the box’ te denken om daar gastvrij op in te spelen!
Binnen deze veelzijdige functie van nachtreceptionist verzorg je de night audit en zie je toe op de algemene veiligheid binnen het hotel. Samen met jouw collega’s van de Front Office maak jij het verschil!

Core Responsibilities
The night receptionist is responsible for performing night audits and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel during night hours. They act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a fantastic stay through proactive and hospitable service.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a night owl who is flexible, hospitable, and capable of thinking out of the box. Availability for 4 to 5 shifts per week is required to fulfill the duties of this role.
