Technical Implementation Management Services Location: The Hague, the Netherlands Security Clearance NATO Secret Reference No RFQ 2026-0058 / The Hague Deadline For Application 18 /0 9 /2026 Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required Proven experience in a project support, Project administrator, or implementation coordinator role within a large-scale IT or infrastructure deployment Project ; Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and work to tight deadlines ; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly with technical, managerial, and international stakeholders. Duties/role: Familiarity with NATO organisational structures, NCIA, or Allied Command Operations (ACO) environments ; Experience supporting device deployment, IT hardware rollouts, or end-user computing (EUC) Projects ; Knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management frameworks. Duties/role: Providing direct administrative support to the Technical Integration Managers (TIMs), including coordinating diaries, travel requests, site access, and meeting logistics ; Maintaining and updating project trackers, action logs, risk registers, and status dashboards on behalf of the TIM team ; Coordinating readiness assessments and pre-deployment checklists in advance of each site audit and rollout. Provide administrative support to Technical Integration Managers, including managing diaries, travel, and meeting logistics. Maintain project trackers, risk registers, and coordinate readiness assessments for site audits and rollouts.

Requirements

Proven experience in project support or implementation within large-scale IT deployments and familiarity with NATO or ACO environments. Proficiency in English and knowledge of project management frameworks like ITIL or PRINCE2 are required.
