Exact continues to grow, both organically and through strategic acquisitions, further strengthening its position in the business software landscape. The Strategy and Integration team plays a key role in shaping Exact’s corporate strategy and ensuring the successful integration of acquired companies. This = the job you are looking for As Strategy Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and driving Exact’s strategic agenda. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Executive Committee on high impact strategic topics such as growth strategy, product and portfolio strategy, pricing and packaging, M&A, and long-term value creation. This role is ideal for a former strategy consultant or inhouse strategist who wants to move from advising to owning outcomes, and who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. For the position of Strategy Manager, it is really helpful if you have consulting experience, proven project management skills and that you can handle responsibilities. Furthermore, you bring: A Master’s degree; Effective communication skills, stakeholder and relationship management; Experience in handling end to end project delivery; Minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably at a (strategic) consultancy company The ability to identify interdependencies and see opportunities to improve; Fluent in English and Dutch. Core Responsibilities

The Strategy Manager will shape and drive the corporate strategic agenda, focusing on growth, product portfolio, and M&A. They will collaborate with senior leadership and the Executive Committee to ensure long-term value creation and successful integration of acquisitions.

Requirements

Candidates should have a Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in strategic consultancy. Proficiency in both English and Dutch, along with proven project management and communication skills, is required.
