As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall service delivery of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience across all departments. Acting as the right hand of the General Manager, you will lead daily operations, support Heads of Department, and drive performance through a hands-on approach. In this role, you will balance operational responsibilities with leadership development, acting as deputy in the absence of the General Manager, and taking ownership in a dynamic, smaller hotel environment. Core Responsibilities

Responsible for overall service delivery and guest experience across all hotel departments while acting as the deputy to the General Manager. Leads daily operations, manages department heads, and drives financial productivity and cost control.

Requirements

Requires proven experience in hotel management (F&B or Front Office) with a strong hands-on operational mindset. Must be fluent in Dutch and English and eligible to work in the Netherlands.
