At Newrest we are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our team. Responsibilities Leading a team of production employees and encouraging positive team dynamics, Monitor daily production processes and ensure efficiency and quality, Training and development of team members to improve their skills and performance, Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for improvement, Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations, Report to the production manager on progress and any bottlenecks. Job Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a managerial role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience with process improvement and quality management. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Core Responsibilities
Lead and develop a production team while monitoring daily processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Report progress to the production manager and maintain a safe working environment compliant with regulations.
Requirements
Requires 1-2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a managerial role. Candidates must have strong leadership skills and knowledge of HACCP safety and quality standards.
