Functieomschrijving
- Verdiepen in de bedrijfsprocessen en hoe deze uiteindelijk leiden tot een jaarrekening;
- Afnemen van interviews met de klant om tot de juiste inzichten te komen;
- Controleren van verschillende posten in de jaarrekening met behulp van innovatieve controletechnieken;
- Volgen van colleges op vrijdag voor je post master tot Register Accountant.

Functie-eisen
Natuurlijk wil je elke dag nieuwe dingen ontdekken en leren en blijf je altijd scherp op details. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als Accountant in Opleiding:
- Een WO Master diploma of zit je in de afrondende fase van je studie;
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse in woord en geschrift. Beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pre.

Voor ons team in Maastricht zoeken wij een Accountant in Opleiding (Audit) per 1 september 2026.
Als Accountant in Opleiding pas jij de opgedane kennis uit jouw studie toe in de praktijk. Jij ontwikkelt jezelf tot Accountant van de toekomst via ons learning program door je te verdiepen in bijvoorbeeld Sustainability Reporting, IT Audit, Data Analytics of andere relevante topics. Binnen diverse teams krijg jij de mogelijkheid om bij verschillende klanten een kijkje te nemen in hun keuken.
Core Responsibilities
You will analyze business processes to prepare financial statements and conduct client interviews to gain insights. Additionally, you will perform audits using innovative techniques and participate in a professional development program while pursuing your postgraduate degree.
Requirements
Candidates must hold or be in the final phase of a Master's degree. Proficiency in Dutch is required, and English language skills are considered an advantage.
