Job Description
Als Technisch Sales Support Medewerker ben je onderdeel van onze Engineering afdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst verkopers maar ook de interne operatie, denk hierbij in ieder geval aan de afdeling Order Engineering. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
Directe ondersteuning van verkoop in de breedste zin van het woord, maar vooral op technisch vlak;
Maken en eventueel aanpassen van verkooporders en offertetekeningen en zorg dragen voor de continue verbetering hiervan;
Alle voorkomende vragen beantwoorden die de Sales Support helpdesk ontvangt;
Meedenken in klant- en marktwensen;
Klanten en Verkopers telefonisch te woord staan;
Administratieve werkzaamheden inzake de orderverwerking, zoals order controles voordat ze aan Order Engineering aan worden geboden;
Calculaties kunnen maken voor zowel technische als kostprijs technische zaken;
Algehele technische ondersteuning.

WAT VRAGEN WIJ?
HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting Werktuigbouwkunde of Autotechniek;
Beheersen van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift is een must. Beheersing van de Duitse of Franse taal is een grote pre;
Ervaring en/of affiniteit met de Automotive branche;
Technische kennis;
Uitstekende contactuele vaardigheden, op alle niveaus binnen en buiten de organisatie;
Commercieel inzicht;
Systematisch, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig kunnen werken;
Tekeningen en schema’s kunnen lezen;
Ervaring met MS Office pakketten en CRM.
Core Responsibilities
You will provide technical sales support by assisting the sales team, managing order engineering, and handling customer inquiries. Additionally, you will perform administrative order processing, create technical calculations, and maintain sales documentation.
Requirements
The role requires an HBO level of education, preferably in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering. Proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory, along with technical knowledge and experience with MS Office and CRM systems.
