In Steenderen is onze WKC onmisbaar. Jij en je collega’s zorgen ervoor dat onze productieafdelingen en koel- en vrieshuizen altijd blijven draaien, zelfs als de rest van de regio zonder stroom zit. Je komt terecht in een klein, hecht team dat samen de schouders eronder zet. Samen met andere productieteams maak je deel uit van onze prachtige Site Steenderen. Onze WKC en energie-installaties zitten vol uitdagende techniek, van turbines tot stoom en van meet- en regeltechniek tot PLC’s. Functieomschrijving
- Je zorgt mede voor de optimale bedrijfsvoering en beschikbaarheid van de WKC.
- Je analyseert en verhelpt zelfstandig processtoringen en komt met (nood)oplossingen.
- Je voert dagelijkse inspecties uit en registreert brandstofverbruik en milieuvereisten.
- Je werkt continu aan verbeteringen met behulp van TPM-methodieken.
- Je onderhoudt goed contact met de collega’s van de productieafdelingen.
Functie-eisen
- Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau en een afgeronde technische opleiding, bij voorkeur AOT of REWIC A.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een zelfstandige werkhouding.
- Flexibiliteit en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je staat stevig in je schoenen.
- Leergierigheid en de wil om je te ontwikkelen in techniek, milieu en verduurzaming.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
Core Responsibilities
You will ensure the optimal operation and availability of the Combined Heat and Power plant by performing daily inspections and monitoring fuel consumption. Additionally, you will independently analyze and resolve process malfunctions while implementing improvements using TPM methodologies.
Requirements
Candidates must have an MBO 4 level technical education, preferably in AOT or REWIC A. Strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively in Dutch are required.
