We are the only stand-alone global mobility company, focusing entirely on the people that are growing their employers’ businesses.

At Vialto we create the connections that build global careers and societies, bridging the gap between people and their aspirations. As the world of work continues to evolve, we are bringing together the individuals, ideas and technology to unlock business and human growth.

If you’re looking for a challenging, exciting job, look no further!

Job description

As part of a client team, you will advise corporate HR, Tax and Global Mobility contacts on wage tax, personal income tax and social security consequences of employing people in an international context, including expats, remote workers and board activities. You will work directly with clients and individual taxpayers, helping them navigate complex cross-border situations and translate technical tax matters into practical, client-focused solutions.

You function as the bridge between the individual, several stakeholders in the company and the tax authorities. In this role, you will build niche expertise in global mobility tax and experience first-hand how the advice you provide impacts day-to-day practicalities for internationally mobile employees and their employers. You will also work with international teams and use technology, data and AI-enabled tools to deliver efficient, high-quality services and develop insight into the broader strategy around global mobility.

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment together with international teams? Are you eager to learn, curious about technology and AI, and do you enjoy making direct connections with clients and colleagues? Then we might be looking just for you!

Who you are*

You want to gain new knowledge but also share what you already know. Besides this, you get energized from extending your network and you aim to get the best out of yourself and your colleagues. You are ready for a new challenge and enjoy figuring out and learning new things. You are curious about new technological developments and would like to extend your knowledge in this area.

Furthermore, you…

  • have a master’s degree in Fiscal economics or Fiscal law;

  • have good knowledge of income tax, double taxation agreements and wage tax;

  • have up to 2 years of relevant working experience;

  • are accurate, have a critical and proactive mindset, good writing skills and a practical and hands-on attitude;

  • enjoy working in a team but are also comfortable working independently;

  • have great communication skills;

  • are fluent in Dutch and good English skills in speaking and writing.

* These criteria are an indication of the profile we are looking for. If you don't meet all the criteria but you do believe that this is the right position for you, we kindly invite you to apply anyways or get in touch.

What we have to offer

  • International exposure through a multidisciplinary team of over 120 passionate professionals in the Netherlands and 8.000 globally, working with clients and colleagues across borders.

  • Accelerated development through continuous learning, technical and soft skills training, including NOB-training, and close coaching from experienced colleagues.

  • The opportunity to develop niche expertise in global mobility tax, an area where tax, immigration, social security and international employment come together.

  • Hands-on experience with technology, data and AI-enabled tools that support the way we advise clients and deliver global mobility services.

  • A flexible working schedule including working from home.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including an annual well-being budget and 30 vacation days.

  • Opportunities to (temporarily or permanently) explore opportunities abroad.

  • A fun team environment, supporting you to thrive and unlock your full potential.

  • Summer and winter celebrations as well as other (fun) team gatherings.
