Core Responsibilities
The Watchkeeping Officer is responsible for navigating the ship during their watch and managing the deck crew. They also handle communication with other vessels and traffic centers while conducting essential safety checks.
Requirements
Candidates must possess navigation authority along with STCW and other relevant maritime certificates. A strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a knack for clear communication are required for this role.
