We're opening Tylko Design Studio — a brand-new design hub in Westfield Amstelveen, where people can discover Tylko, explore our customizable furniture, and get expert design advice from a passionate team.
We're looking for someone who loves great design, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to create exceptional customer experiences. If you're excited about helping customers bring their ideas to life, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
Become the face of Tylko — inspire customers, introduce them to our design-first approach, and help them create furniture perfectly tailored to their space.
Create exceptional customer experiences — combine design advice, storytelling, and our digital configurator to guide customers from inspiration to purchase while achieving sales goals.
Be part of a creative team — collaborate with our Warsaw HQ and fellow Design Advisors across Europe, share ideas, learn from each other, and help shape the future of Tylko's offline retail experience.

You have previous experience working with customers — whether in retail, a design showroom, a concept store, or even your favourite neighbourhood café.

You're proactive, curious, and comfortable using digital tools.
You speak Dutch and English fluently.

Core Responsibilities
Act as the face of Tylko by providing expert design advice and guiding customers through the furniture configuration process. Collaborate with the Warsaw headquarters and international team members to drive sales and enhance the offline retail experience.
Requirements
Candidates should have previous experience in customer-facing roles such as retail or design showrooms. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required, along with a genuine passion for design and interiors.
